Relieve Your Stress, Tension & Anxiety With This New Product

Posted by Sylvia Dickens on 6th April 2007

I’m really excited to share with you this excellent product that I just came across. It will teach you how to manage your stress and experience true relaxation from the comfort of your home, and enjoy yourself in the process.

It’s not like the “therapy” we’ve come to know. It’s actually lots of fun!

My first impression of this program was, “Wow! What a concept.” It is extremely well put-together, using the absolute best visuals I’ve seen that guide you in your relaxation exercises!

Being a naturally tense person, I was anxious to try this program.

I quickly felt an overall sense of well-being as I traveled the route laid out before me. Gliding down the path and into the main hall gave me an immediate sense of peace and serenity, aided by the soothing music playing in the background!

I highly recommend The Journey To The Wild Divine for anyone who just can’t seem to relax and who is plagued with constant stress in their lives. And if you’re the anxious type like me, you will enjoy amazing results quickly.

What is Biofeedback Therapy

If you haven’t heard of biofeedback therapy, here’s a brief explanation.

Many years ago, researchers discovered that by making stressed individuals aware of their own body responses to stress, they could be taught how to control those responses and ultimately, the stress.

Since stress causes tension throughout the body, these automatic responses provide us with feedback of our condition.

Tension and stress will cause the skin surface to perspire and the skin itself to tighten. It will also change temperature.

The thing is, you have to be able to recognize those involuntary responses.

That’s where this program comes in. All of these responses can be monitored by a special device you clip to your finger. That device is connected to your computer.

Creators of The Journey To The Wild Divine have put this whole process into a very effective software program you can use right at home.

As you work your way through the ‘game’ that makes up this program, you are given images that you can control. The thing is, you have to calm your body in order to make those images move. You progress through different levels using your thoughts, feelings, breath, and awareness.

This is the essence of biofeedback and biofeedback therapy.

The end goal: Learn how to control the images you see on the screen by controlling your body’s tension. The less tense you become, the more efficient you will be at the game.

This program is truly amazing, and rightly so, because it is hosted by one of the most outstanding individuals who has made relaxation and meditation his life’s work.

Deepak Chopra wouldn’t put his name to just any program, but he has proudly contributed to this one. Here’s what he has to say about The Journey To The Wild Divine:

The Wild Divine is helping to transform our mass consciousness to one of peace and harmony through a very practical program that allows people to get in intimate touch with the innermost core of their being. To know that they have more power than they have ever realized, to know that they can influence what is happening in their body, in their mind, in their emotions, as well as in the world that they create everyday.”

Try the Demo Now! You will not be disappointed. It is truly an experience not to be missed.

Note: This is a heavily-loaded animated demo that will take time to download. You will have the option of choosing your download option: dialup, slow broadband or fast broadband. However, I found that it runs better if you download QuickTime (if you don’t already have it installed). This is a free program. You will be prompted to download it when you click to run the QuickTime version.

Get ready for an enjoyable experience!
